Forced to Fly Alone, But At Least I’m Flying Original Painting
This painting is a reflection of experiencing change and being afraid to step out on faith. Change is so important to experience in this life, and instead of focusing on change happening even when we don't feel ready, or being forced to fly when we don't think we are prepared. I focused on being thankful and grateful I got the chance to know what flying feels like. It can be a beautiful experience, to fly, to be present, and to be thankful. Or it can be scary, dreadful and hard to navigate. It's all about perspective. Happiness resides in changing your perspective, not your circumstances.
Anywho, this bird symbolizes me. She's beautiful, she's bold, and she has these wings with no understanding of where she is or what's to come. But she can fly. And she's not afraid to fly alone.
